Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Snagd Up account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1 In the app

Once the Snagd Up app is installed, you can delete your account directly:

  1. Open the Snagd Up app and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed.

2 By request (email)

If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll verify it's you and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal profile, your listings, your messages, and your saved items.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of transaction and record data where we're required to by law (for example, for tax, financial, or dispute-resolution obligations). This is kept only for as long as legally required, and then securely deleted.

Note: Snagd Up launches in October 2026. Until then, if you've only joined the waitlist, you can ask us to remove your details any time by emailing [email protected].
